Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

After dispatch, we use trusted carriers to deliver your items.
Delivery times vary by location:
Australia Metro Areas: 2-5 business days.
Australia Regional & Remote: Up to 10 business days.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. No hidden customs fees or import duties for local residents. - Free Local Delivery on orders over $49.
- Orders under $49 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
- Eligible postcodes are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our Sydney warehouse.
Rest of Australia
- Free Shipping on orders over $199.
- Orders under $199 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
