Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, we use trusted carriers to deliver your items. We are thrilled to offer Australia-wide shipping for most of our standard products! Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Regional & Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days.

Heavy Items (e.g., Cat Litter, Pet Beds, MICHU Products): Currently restricted to eligible metro areas in NSW, VIC, ACT, and QLD (see eligible postcodes in the Shipping Fees section below).

Oversized Items (e.g., Cat Trees, Litter Boxes): Currently restricted to Sydney Metro areas only.

Customs & Duties

Most orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. No hidden customs fees or import duties for local residents. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price.
