EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At LéJoyee, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have had a change of mind or purchased the wrong size, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery for Store Credits.

Refund Method: Store Credit only. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Shipping: Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Resolution: We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair (depending on the issue).

Cost: We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, and to protect all our furry customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened food or treats.
  • Items that show signs of wear, pet hair, or odours.
  • Personalised or custom-made items.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at info@lejoyee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Details Needed: Please include your Order Number, the item you wish to return, and a photo of the condition (or the defect).
  3. Approval: We will review your request and provide you with the return address and instructions.
  4. Ship It: Please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your Store Credit or Refund. We will notify you via email once this has been completed.
